REFUND POLICY

General Return Policy (Worldwide)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of the return. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs (Worldwide)

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the customer must pay for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Returns Information

At Fox & Feathers Country Crafts, we're committed to getting your orders to you safely and promptly. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

We also offer FREE Local Pick-Up for local customers (just select this option at the checkout). Orders may be collected from 19 Melody Drive, Harristown QLD 4350. Orders will be available to collect within 1 business day of shipping notice. Please ensure all orders are collected within 14 business days. 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following Australia Post shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days for metro areas, 5-10 business days for regional areas
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days for metro areas, 2-5 business days for regional areas

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress through Australia Post's tracking system.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. Please note that delivery times to remote areas may vary.

Order Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with Australia Post to locate your package. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
